Stanislas Lecat has been appointed as Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Financial Institutions in February 2020. This function comes in addition to his role as Senior Banker and Head of the Emerging Europe Financial Institutions platform within Societe Generale, a position he held since 2014. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Stanislas started his career working with financial institutions in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley for 6 years in London, and then led the investment banking franchise at an EM focused boutique, advising clients on corporate finance, M&A and capital raisings in Europe and Emerging Markets. He then joined Societe Generale in 2011 in the financial institutions team as a Director in the M&A Financial Institutions team.
Stanislas holds a Master’s degree in European Economics from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, HEC (Paris, France).

Grégoire Audibert is appointed Senior Banker in charge of the global relationship for a portfolio of large French financial institutions in October 2020. In addition to his new role, Grégoire continues to serve as Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance for the Financial Institutions Group, a position he held alongside Stanislas Lecat since February 2020.
He was previously Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) for Financial Institutions. Grégoire joined Societe Generale in 2007 in the hybrid capital structuring team and then joined the Equity Capital Markets’ team dedicated to financial institutions. He had held previous positions within AXA’s Group financing department. Prior to that, he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein for Debt Capital Markets. Grégoire started his career at Arthur Andersen.
Grégoire is a graduate of EM Lyon.
