Cash treasury & commercial payments clearing
Societe Generale is a direct participant in pan-European and domestic clearing systems in several countries.
We act as intermediary for banks which are not members of a clearing system, to avoid them investing in a direct connection. Thanks to a solid and long-standing footprint in Eastern Europe and Western Africa, we are able to provide clearing in EUR, CZK, MAD, PLN, RON and RUB, with strong capacities in other currencies.
A world-class service provider offering cutting-edge technologies
Payments are routed regardless of their characteristics or final destination, using a network of preferred correspondents to enhance the Societe Generale retail network.
To monitor your payments, Societe Generale, via a unified portal, provides you with its web-based reporting tool, WebClear. This tool displays details, status and associated balances of each payment including the brand-new SWIFT gpi tracker. You have access to your invoices and other services to facilitate your day-to-day operations.
Our cheques offer provides you with all the relevant data concerning the collection of your cheques in France and abroad via the web tools WebCheques/SogeCheque.
At Societe Generale, we master a wide range of services and geographies carrying all their own specificities. In a fast changing world driven by complex and moving regulations and evolving consumption patterns, we believe in partnership and anticipation as the most valuable mindset to help you grow your business efficiently.
