Stanislas Lecat has been appointed as Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Financial Institutions in February 2020. This function comes in addition to his role as Senior Banker and Head of the Emerging Europe Financial Institutions platform within Societe Generale, a position he held since 2014. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Stanislas started his career working with financial institutions in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley for 6 years in London, and then led the investment banking franchise at an EM focused boutique, advising clients on corporate finance, M&A and capital raisings in Europe and Emerging Markets. He then joined Societe Generale in 2011 in the financial institutions team as a Director in the M&A Financial Institutions team.
Stanislas holds a Master’s degree in European Economics from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, HEC (Paris, France).

Grégoire Audibert is appointed Senior Banker in charge of the global relationship for a portfolio of large French financial institutions in October 2020. In addition to his new role, Grégoire continues to serve as Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance for the Financial Institutions Group, a position he held alongside Stanislas Lecat since February 2020.
He was previously Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) for Financial Institutions. Grégoire joined Societe Generale in 2007 in the hybrid capital structuring team and then joined the Equity Capital Markets’ team dedicated to financial institutions. He had held previous positions within AXA’s Group financing department. Prior to that, he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein for Debt Capital Markets. Grégoire started his career at Arthur Andersen.
Grégoire is a graduate of EM Lyon.

Jose Antonio Gagliardi is Head of Equity Syndicate. Before he was Head of Equity-Linked since October 2019.
He joined Societe Generale in 1992, initially as a fixed income derivatives sales. In 1998 he moved into Equity-Linked origination, becoming Head of the team in 2008. In 2011, he became co-Head of Acquisition Finance in New York. In 2012, he moved back to Paris becoming Head of Equity Syndicate.

Juan Manuel Ramírez joined Societe Generale Spain’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in 2000. He was appointed Managing Director in 2011 and Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Spain & Portugal in 2014. He had previous work experience in JP Morgan and KPMG, where he spent collectively 4 years. In the last 19 years at SG, Juan Manuel has advised in numerous and relevant M&A transactions across different sectors. Since July 2019, he is Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, together with Patrick Perreault.
Juan Manuel Ramírez is a graduate of ICADE (Pontificia Comillas University) and ESC Reims.

Patrick Perreault, Managing Director, is appointed Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, together with Juan Manuel Ramirez Garcia in July 2019. He was Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for France since May 2019.
He joined Societe Generale in 2015 as Head of Diversified Industries within SG CIB’ Corporate Finance department. Patrick Perreault has 20-year experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic advisory. He worked for 13 years within Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division, including 3 years as a Managing Director. He started his career at strategic consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting in 1997 where he spent 3 years. Patrick advised on numerous M&A and financing transactions for large and midcap clients from various sectors, and on cross-border transactions in particular.
Patrick Perreault is a graduate of McGill University, HEC Paris and Stanford University.

Sylvain Mégarbané is appointed Head of Investment Banking Division in July 2019.
Since March 2015 he was Global Head of Corporate Finance, and previously Head of Corporate Finance for Power & Utilities sector. Before joining Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in 2010, he was an Executive Director in the European Power & Utilities team of JP Morgan that he joined in 1998.
Sylvain Mégarbané graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique) and holds a degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris.
