Emilie Jadat O’Shea is Head of Equity Syndicate since October 2019.
She joined Societe Generale in 2010 as part of the Equity Syndicate team where she has developed a proven expertise in the execution and placement of primary transactions and a very good knowledge of institutional investors. As a Managing Director in Equity Syndicate, Emilie has overseen the execution and placement of a large number of primary transactions all over the ECM spectrum. Before joining Societe Generale, Emilie worked for more than 10 years in the Equity Capital Market team of BNP Paribas, mainly in London, where she was involved in originating and executing equity capital markets transactions, being responsible for Benelux and Scandinavia, before joining the Paris team in 2007.

Thomas Feuerstein is Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for France, Belgium and Luxembourg since October 2019.
He joined SG CIB’s Equity-Linked team in 2007 where he covered and advised clients across Europe, Middle- East and Africa contributing to growing the franchise internationally. Prior to joining the Group, Thomas spent six years at Valeo’s finance department working on funding and long-term financing, as well as hedging market risk topics. Thomas holds an Executive Master from ESCP and graduated from Université Rennes 1.

Pierre Troussel is Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for France, Belgium and Luxembourg since October 2019.
He joined Société Générale in the French Equity Capital Markets Team in May 2006 with a focus on large French corporates and was promoted Managing Director in March 2018. During those more than 13 years in this team, Pierre has been involved in more than 50 successful ECM transactions with a lead role.
Pierre is an HEC graduate and holds an engineering degree from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC).

Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking

Grégoire Audibert is appointed Senior Banker in charge of the global relationship for a portfolio of large French financial institutions in October 2020. In addition to his new role, Grégoire continues to serve as Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance for the Financial Institutions Group, a position he held alongside Stanislas Lecat since February 2020.
He was previously Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) for Financial Institutions. Grégoire joined Societe Generale in 2007 in the hybrid capital structuring team and then joined the Equity Capital Markets’ team dedicated to financial institutions. He had held previous positions within AXA’s Group financing department. Prior to that, he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein for Debt Capital Markets. Grégoire started his career at Arthur Andersen.
Grégoire is a graduate of EM Lyon.

Luis Vaz-Pinto is appointed Global Head of Equity Capital Markets in July 2019. He was Deputy Global Head of Corporate Finance and Global Head of Equity Capital markets since April 2012. He was formerly Managing Director, Global Head of Equity Syndicate, since 2008.

Luis started his career in 1991 in London at Baring Securities as Head of Portuguese Sales and Research. In 1996, he joined Merrill Lynch where he spent 10 years, holding positions in Equity Syndicate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. Notably, he was Head of ECM for France, Belgium and Iberia. In 2005, he joined JP Morgan where he was Head of Europe Middle East and Africa Equity Syndicate and Corporate Broking. Three years later, he joined Troika Dialog in Moscow, as Head of Syndicate and Corporate Broking.

Luis Vaz-Pinto graduated from INSEAD, as well as Bristol University (Engineering). He has also qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
