Grégoire joined Société Générale in 2007 in the hybrid capital structure team and then subsequently moved to Equity Capital Markets for Financial Institutions. He had held previous positions at AXA in charge of the financing of the group, in Debt Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and started his career with Arthur Andersen in Transaction Services. Grégoire graduated from EM Lyon.

Luis Vaz-Pinto is appointed Global Head of Equity Capital Markets in July 2019. He was Deputy Global Head of Corporate Finance and Global Head of Equity Capital markets since April 2012. He was formerly Managing Director, Global Head of Equity Syndicate, since 2008.

Luis started his career in 1991 in London at Baring Securities as Head of Portuguese Sales and Research. In 1996, he joined Merrill Lynch where he spent 10 years, holding positions in Equity Syndicate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. Notably, he was Head of ECM for France, Belgium and Iberia. In 2005, he joined JP Morgan where he was Head of Europe Middle East and Africa Equity Syndicate and Corporate Broking. Three years later, he joined Troika Dialog in Moscow, as Head of Syndicate and Corporate Broking.

Luis Vaz-Pinto graduated from INSEAD, as well as Bristol University (Engineering). He has also qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
