Societe Generale Factoring wins RFIX Award "Global Receivables Finance Provider of the Year""

This award recognizes the achievement of Societe Generale Factoring. SG Factoring has grown its receivables finance business and proven itself as a key international player within the industry. 

Societe Generale Factoring has achieved an exceptional 2021 year with emblematic Receivables Finance contracts signed in France and abroad.

International development was the main driver of growth with 65% of receivables purchased in 2021 for a total amount of 58 billion euros correspond to multinational companies, a historic record for the company. Societe Generale Factoring has now the capability to supports its clients in 43 countries in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa which makes a global leader in receivables finance.
 
With 34 new programs signed or extended, Societe Generale Factoring reached a total exposure of 8.5 billion euros. It has provided financing in all sectors: healthcare, IT, solar panels, wind farms, automotive, industry, construction, utilities, telecommunications, transportation.

Amongst the key transactions, Societe Generale Factoring finances an automotive car producer for 1 billion euros in 30 countries around the world. In the United States of America, it finances receivables to an insurance health company being one of the first banks financing those kinds of receivables. This past year, Societe Generale Factoring has also developed new ESG solutions in Receivables Finance and it footprint in the ESG has doubled in 1 year.
