Societe Generale has been recognized in the IJGlobal ESG Awards as:

APAC ESG LENDER OF THE YEAR                                                          NORTH AMERICA ESG LENDER OF YEAR          

The IJGlobal ESG Awards are designed to give organisations within the international infrastructure and energy community the opportunity to demonstrate how they have turned the dial on the Environmental, Social and Governance front. Submissions highlighting performance in the previous year were reviewed and decided upon by an international judging committee comprised of established professionals in the infra/energy world.
 
The judging panel noted our “diverse lending and commitment to ESG principles” where “Societe Generale demonstrates an impressive mix of financings across hard-to-finance sectors, leading the path for bankability and paving the way other lenders to follow suit.”

These awards are another testament to the bank’s depth of industry know-how and our multi sector commitment to supporting the needs of our clients, sustainability and the energy transition.
