Request to Pay: a new frontier in collection services
The payment landscape is undergoing a profound change with the introduction of real time, the rise of digitisation and the emergence of new client needs.
The Request to Pay is an example of this. This new service allows a creditor or beneficiary to initiate a payment request to a debtor or payer and to ensure traceability from end to end of the payment chain. This new way of managing payments is detailed in a white paper written in collaboration between our Cash Management experts (GTPS/PCM) and the BDDP/PAY teams.
