Our Real Estate team develops wide range of advisory and financing (including capital markets) solutions for real estate investors in relation to the acquisition financing or refinancing or repositioning (in connection with ESG objectives) financing of office buildings, retail properties, logistics or light industrial assets, hotels as well as alternative asset classes such as multi-family assets, student housing, senior living and nursing homes as well as data center.
It serves clients including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, private equity firms, REITs, or family offices.
Our Real Estate expertise supports projects worldwide, in major European countries (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Benelux, Poland, Czech Republic and the UK), in the United States, in Japan and Australia.
