Societe Generale key TMT clients have been awarded deals of the year at the TMT Finance M&A Awards 2022

Societe Generale is pleased to announce that several of our key TMT clients have been awarded deals of the year at the TMT Finance M&A Awards 2022 celebrating the most successful TMT M&A leaders, deals, and dealmakers in 2022.

  • Cetin (PPF/GIC): Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year. Societe Generale acted not only as Financial advisor to PPF on the dual track process (encompassing M&A+ECM+Rating+Debt Advisory mandates), but also as Global Coordinator of the financing backing GIC acquisition of 30% in Cetin

  • Vantage Data Centers: TMT Growth Story of the Year
