Societe Generale Awarded World’s Best Fintech Collaboration for Supply Chain Finance by TMI

This award recognizes the strength of a truly collaborative partnership between Societe Generale Factoring (SGF), acting as lead funder; SAP Taulia, the market-leading working capital platform and pioneer of innovative financing structures; and a major UK FTSE 100 corporate as the buyer. Together, this partnership has delivered a best-in-class solution that sets a new benchmark in supply chain finance.
The solution stands out thanks to its innovative legal and operational structure, including the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle in Ireland that purchases receivables and redistributes them through equitable assignments. Societe Generale Factoring is the first funder to support this model, which combines fintech expertise with a new financing structure tailored to the client’s growing liquidity needs.
SAP Taulia’s technology provides the seamless integration into the client’s ERP environment and Societe Generale is the first bank globally to finance through this pioneering model.
