The TMT Finance World Awards 2016, rewarding professionals from the Technology, Media & Telecom sector, were presented to the companies and their advisers in London on November 30.
SG CIB has been awarded for the:
“TMT IPO of the Year” for SPAC Mediawan
This winning IPO, Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Mediawan, was awarded among three other European IPOs and one Japanese IPO. SPAC Mediawan raised E250m on Euronext Paris to fund acquisitions in Media sector in April 2016. Advisers were Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Societe Generale.
Number 3 “EMEA TMT Financing Bank of the Year 2016” category
These awards illustrate the leadership position of Societe Generale.
