Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking appoints Hervé Le Corre as Global Head of Infrastructure Finance

Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB) announces the appointment of Hervé Le Corre as Global Head of Infrastructure Finance, effective January 4, 2016.In his new role, Hervé will head an international team in charge of advising and financing Public-Private solutions and project finance for large infrastructure projects, including in the transport (roads, railways, ports and airports) and the accommodation (schools, hospitals, public buildings) sectors.


Based in Paris, Hervé Le Corre will report to Federico Turegano, Global Head of Natural Resources and Infrastructure. Hervé’s strong track record in infrastructure project finance will be key to continuing to build upon SG CIB’s recognized strengths in this field.

Biography
Hervé Le Corre was previously Deputy Head of the Risk Department in charge of corporates covered by SG CIB since September 2014. He joined SG CIB in 2006 within the infrastructure project finance team, advising on and arranging project financings in the accommodation and transport sectors. From 2011 to 2014, Hervé Le Corre was Head of Infrastructure Project Finance for France. Before joining the bank he started his career in 2002 within the French Treasury where he held several positions, in particular on public housing financing or monitoring of saving funds under CDC custody.
Hervé Le Corre graduated from Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
